  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders above a specific value (please refer to the checkout page for current thresholds).

International Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on your country and local postal service.

  • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond our original estimates.

  • Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. BlacMoose is not responsible for these additional charges.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
